First Responders Support

The following services are available to First Responders whose employers or governmental entities (in some cases volunteer fire departments) participate in the FCC Wellness All Around Program.

We provide a Hope Line for adults and for teens.

Our Hope Line is a free, 24/7 service available to all Tennessee residents.

While it is not a substitute for 911 emergency services, it is a safe place to discuss personal struggles. It is also a secure option for victims of spousal, child, or elder abuse.

All callers will speak to a certified facilitator. If there is a need for support beyond the facilitator’s capability, they will bring a licensed counselor on the line to help.

Care Calls

If there is someone who is homebound, elderly, or disabled under your roof, Care Calls give you and them and their families peace of mind that if they would be unable to communicate, action can be initiated to assess their situation.
 

This FREE service functions on the referrals of doctors, pastors, family members, home health agencies, and community members.

Care Call Recipients are called daily.

6 FREE Counseling Sessions

This only applies to first responders from participating programs.

Counseling is available to you and everyone under your roof because we strive to help you and those you love. Upon completing the 6 free sessions, you can have additional sessions with the same counselor at a reduced price. Our sessions will help each of you experience positive personal growth, develope problem-solving and coping skills, and see a reduction in bothersome symptoms or challenges.

Any additional sessions you may need are available at a discounted price with your same counselor.

  • Self-Harm Behaviors
  • Sexual Problems

In order to achieve your short- and long-term goals, financial planning involves looking at your entire financial picture. In addition, getting a better grasp of your finances can help with many other parts of your life.
