Hope Line for Adults

Troubled, Depressed, in Despair or in Crisis?

Our Hope Line is a free, 24/7 service available to all Tennessee residents.

While it is not a substitute for 911 emergency services, it is a safe place to discuss personal struggles. It is also a secure option for victims of spousal, child, or elder abuse.

All callers will speak to a certified facilitator. If there is a need for support beyond the facilitator’s capability, they will bring a licensed counselor on the line to help.

Help is Just a Call Away!

Hope Line for Teens

Troubled, Depressed, in Despair or in Crisis?

Our Hope Line for Teens is a service that is a confidential place to talk about life’s struggles. (Anything from fights with friends or family members to the hopelessness of suicide.) Our teen program is available 24/7 for any teen to use when in need.

We work closely with teachers, guidance counselors, and churches to empower teens to talk freely and anonymously before their circumstances advance into tragedies.

Care Calls

In our Care Calls program, facilitators contact homebound, elderly or disabled individuals.

These daily phone calls include wellness checks, medication reminders, and social interaction.

This FREE service functions on the referrals of doctors, pastors, family members, home health agencies, and community members.

Community Training

Access Hope visits churches, groups, businesses and schools training them to help others in dealing with emotional issues, suicide and mental health topics. The training includes: identifying warning signs, knowing how to respond, and understanding what to do next while applying appropriate action.
