resulting in detrimental patters of thinking and behavior.

w Decide
if you really want to be set free: are you
ready to take responsibility for your addiction; are you sick and tired of being
controlled, and are you willing to go to war to win.
w Dispel
the myth that you don’t need help. You
must admit “I’m out of control, my sexual addiction is sin, and I can’t
change it myself”
w Deal
with the secret of child abuse (over 80% of addicts were sexually abused and over 90% were
emotionally abused). Seek out a counselor
and talk… let out the secret.
w Discern
the inner need you have tried to satisfy through sexual passion. Your need may be for sacrificial love,
significance or security.
w Determine
to let Jesus meet your need. As Him to
forgive and give your heart to him.
w Dedicate
your life to the Lord, Jesus. Give your will
to Him.
Sexual Addiction can be broken.
You do not have to fight it alone and you can’t break free on your own
strength or knowledge.
