Anger is a very normal emotion that we all encounter and experience due to frustrations, hurts, disappointments, and threats to our overall well being.   While rational anger can be constructive, when taken to extremes, it has the potential to become a threat to the normalcy we strive to maintain in our daily relationships. 

Rage, which is considered a more drastic form of anger, is the accumulation of unexpressed anger and can lead to physical violence toward others. 

The unhealthy progression and display of anger can be related to many factors and unsettled anger becomes a prison for those who feed it.
